Jacqueline is looking for breathing space and doing something out of the box with the Netflix Original Mrs. Serial Killer. Watch Mrs. Serial Killer Trailer here:

One can’t be sure about these things, but I think the trailer reveals that Manoj Bajpayee plays a man accused of being a serial killer. Jacqueline plays his beautiful wife who wants everyone to believe that her husband is innocent – and will go to any length to prove it. Mohit Raina plays one of the police officers investigating the case.

The acting chops to pull off such a role are A grade.  It’s good to see Jacqueline Fernandez believing in herself and moving out of her comfort zone. Many of her contemporaries have done the same with varied results. Anuskha Sharma blew the competition out of the water with Pari. Shraddha Kapoor created a genre of her own with movies like Stree and Haseena Parker. Its about time Jacqueline and others do the same.
