Jennifer Tilly posts a hilarious Child’s Play Throwback Instapic

Hollywood Horror Movies Childs Play

Jennifer Tilly was amazing as Tiffany in the Child’s Play franchise, one of the most iconic Hollywood horror movies. In fact, recent fans of the franchise say that it was her who breathe new life in a franchise with the horror film. Jennifer Tilly’s rendition of Tiffany put it high up and different from the other women in horror films. Audiences loved her unique voice, and I still think that’s the one aspect that makees the horror film character memorable – along with the strange, requited love for Chucky himself. That’s a little bit like The Joker and Poison Ivy. Its nice to see that Jennifer still remembers her role enough to make an Instapic about it. She put up a pic that has her character tear up clothes in her house – a harkback to the actual sequences in the Child’s Play film. See the Instapic here:

Jennifer Tilly is a major character in the Child franchise. She made her first appearance in The Bride of Chucky in 1998, the film that changed the female treatment in Hollywood horror movies. She then went on to portray the character in 2004, in Seed of Chucky and then in Curse of Chucky (2013). Her final appearance until now is Cult of Chucky in 2017. According to the Wikia, she has killed 11 people and the character has died thrice in the series.  In 2017, Chucky became the nineties franchise that has now survived for more than two decades. The franchise came into infamy currently. Starz made a list of classic Halloween films and added Seed of Chucky and Freddy Vs Jason. However, Stephen King came out against the list and specifically mentioned these two films as the reason.
